Not sure which build to use?

Check these two details on the receiver PC before downloading.

Step 1 · Windows version

Press Win + R, type winver, then press Enter.

Step 2 · System type

Open System information. Choose x64 for 64-bit or x86 for 32-bit Windows.

Installation notice

Version 0.2.4 is unsigned, so Windows SmartScreen or an organization security policy may show a warning. Verify the checksum before running the installer.

Legacy Windows notice

Windows 7 and 8.1 are end-of-life. Keep these PCs isolated from general web browsing and plan an upgrade to Windows 11.

Before you download

Receiver requirements by category

The receiver PC must meet these requirements to install the app, receive DICOM studies, and upload them to Global Teleradiology.

Windows version

Minimum

Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, or Windows 11

Recommended

Windows 10 or Windows 11 with the Modern receiver

System architecture

Minimum

32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) Windows with the matching installer

Recommended

Use x64 whenever System type says 64-bit Operating System

Processor

Minimum

x86 or x64 dual-core processor at 2 GHz or faster

Recommended

Intel Core i3/i5 or equivalent

Memory (RAM)

Minimum

4 GB RAM; suitable for basic receiving and upload work

Recommended

8 GB RAM for smoother large-study handling

Storage

Minimum

2 GB free for the app, plus space for received DICOM studies

Recommended

At least 20 GB free on a reliable local drive

Network

Minimum

Internet access and LAN connectivity to the imaging console

Recommended

Wired Ethernet with a static local IP address

Installation access

Minimum

Windows administrator permission and TCP port 11112 allowed

Recommended

Have the lab IT administrator available during setup

Computers with 4 GB RAM are supported and automatically use software rendering for stability. An 8 GB computer will provide a smoother experience with large CT or MRI studies. The processor speed shown in Windows is less important than choosing the installer that matches System type, having sufficient storage, and using a stable wired network.

What technologists get

A local receiver built around the real case workflow.

The app keeps received, uploaded, failed, and re-uploadable studies organized locally, so restart cycles do not move completed cases back into the queue.

Receives from console

Works as a local DICOM receiver for studies sent from imaging machines.

Technologist review

Patient name, study type, and clinical history can be checked before upload.

ZIP fallback

Cases can be exported as ZIP files from queue or history when manual upload is needed.

Protected controls

Receiver, logs, and settings stay behind super admin access.

Receiver PC

Use a stable Windows PC on the same network as the imaging console. Static IP status is visible inside the receiver.

Website pairing

Generate a fresh pairing code from the technologist page whenever a receiver needs to reconnect.

Installer updates

Modern, legacy x64, and legacy x86 releases update on separate channels, so an older Windows PC cannot receive an incompatible runtime.
